  • Donald C. Neal

    Don began his commercial real estate career in 1988. He focuses primarily on leasing and sales of office, retail and industrial properties and has considerable experience in commercial property management. Don handles each assignment with the same degree of diligence and accuracy required during his years as an engineer prior to entering the real estate field. He is the only Realtor in the Florida Panhandle who holds both the CCIM and SIOR Designations. Don’s integrity paired with his top notch analytical skills and broad market knowledge have built lasting relationships, making him a leader in the commercial market. He is licensed in both Florida and Alabama.

  • Edward Cronley, SIOR

    Edward became an active partner and Sales Associate in 2009. He earned a B.S. degree in Aeronautics from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in Daytona Beach, Florida. He retired as a Lieutenant Commander after more than 20 years combined service in the U. S. Navy and the U. S. Army. He specializes in leasing, sales, management, and built-to-suit of commercial properties.

  • Rachel Roberts

    Rachel joined the Neal & Company team in 2013. She earned a B.S. in Management from Columbia Southern University and an A.S. in Legal Studies from Pensacola State. Rachel serves as our portfolio manager; including commercial sales and lease transactions. Prior to joining the team, she worked for a national commercial property management firm, specializing in the management of medical facilities. Rachel focuses on the efficient operation of our organization and is directly accountable to our investors. Rachel is a Florida licensed sales associate. She enjoys spending time with her son and lives a very active lifestyle.
  • Andy Terhaar

    Andy became an active partner and Broker Associate in 2009. He earned a B.S. in Finance from Auburn University (War Eagle) and gained construction experience working as a project manager for one of the largest contractor/developers in the area. He is well-versed in all facets of leasing, cost estimating and build-out for new tenants. Andy has been accredited with LEED certification, the commercial construction leading Green Rating System.

  • Edie Mason

    Edie began her career in commercial real estate in 1998, and is a licensed Sales Associate in Florida and Alabama. She joined the Neal & Company team in 2014. Edie represented a national pharmaceutical firm as a top 5 sales associate prior to beginning her real estate career. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Florida. Edie strives to build a positive client relationship and has proven successful in commercial sales and leasing transactions involving land, street retail, office & industrial properties. Edie is a lifelong resident of Northwest Florida and enjoys life on the coast with her two beautiful children. She enjoys playing tennis, fishing and spending time being active outdoors.

  • Melisa Villa

    Melisa joined the Neal & Company team in January of 2017. Her warm and friendly disposition makes her role within our organization invaluable. Melisa provides support to each team member and corresponds directly with clients to facilitate a successful business relationship. She is a native of Belize and is fluent in Spanish. She enjoys spending time with her family and relaxing at the beach with her two beautiful daughters.

  • Heath Gifford

    Heath joined the Neal & Company team in May of 2018. He brings experience in both commercial and residential real estate. Heath provides client-centric service and performs with a team approach amongst business associates to facilitate his client’s real estate needs. His desire to constantly learn makes him an excellent sales associate in our ever-changing real estate market. Heath relocated from South Florida where he owned and operated a successful landscaping business. He is a retired firefighter and dedicated to his wife and their three children.
  • Robert "Beau" Vignes

    Beau joined the Neal & Company team in May 2018. With an extensive career in marketing - both in tech and online education industries, he brings an analytical data-driven approach to the team. Specializing in strategic planning and marketing campaign development, Beau has strong experience maximizing ROI and creating business development opportunities. He has been a productive real estate investor since 2006 and a Florida licensed sales associate since 2017. Originally from Mobile, Beau is a proud resident of Gulf Breeze with his wife and three children.
